Guru Purnima celebration
On 29/07/26, the auspicious occasion of Guru Purnima
was celebrated enthusiastically in the seminar hall of the college at A. V. D.
S. Arts and Commerce College, Jamjodhpur. At the beginning of the program, the
students honored the gurus of the college by applying Kumkum Tilak. On this
occasion, the college trustee Shri Rameshbhai Kalaria, retired professors Shri
B. R. Mendpara Saheb and Shri V. P. Vachani Saheb were present as the chief
guests. They explained the importance of the Guru to the students and inspired
them to adopt high values in life. Apart from this, a large number of
students participated enthusiastically in the program and presented their
thoughts and opinions about the Guru`s greatness. The students expressed their
gratitude towards the Guru through their speeches.
